Good to know

  • Registration is required. Places are limited, so register early to secure your spot!
  • The participation fee for late registration is 400 TL per person. Payment must be made via IBAN bank transfer. Your spot will be confirmed only after your payment has been received and verified.
  • No refunds will be provided unless the event is cancelled by the organizers due to weather conditions or other reasons.
  • Be prepared for rain! The weather may be rainy or windy, so bring a waterproof jacket and dress appropriately for the conditions.
  • Bring your own water and snacks to stay hydrated and energized throughout the hike.
  • Wear comfortable hiking shoes suitable for potentially muddy or slippery trails.
  • Check the weather before joining and come prepared for an outdoor adventure.
  • Get ready for beautiful nature, fresh air, amazing views, and great company with the REBORN community!
  • PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
  • Take the M2 Metro to Hacıosman (last stop), then take Bus 150 toward Rumelifeneri. Recommended bus: 9:43 AM. A REBORN team member will be waiting at Hacıosman to travel with participants.
  • Alternative bus: 10:15 AM. Please note that this bus may arrive after the 11:00 AM meeting time. The bus journey from Hacıosman to Rumelifeneri takes approximately 1 hour.
  • Please arrive at the bus stop at least 15 minutes before departure and bring your Istanbulkart. Participants are responsible for their own transportation costs and arriving on time. Bus schedules may change due to traffic or operational conditions.
  • Arriving by Car
  • Participants arriving by car can park near the meeting point in Rumelifeneri. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the 11:00 AM meeting time. Parking availability may be limited. Participants are responsible for their own vehicles and parking arrangements.
  • PAYMENT & TICKET CONFIRMATION
  • After completing your payment by via IBAN bank transfer, please send your payment receipt (dekont) to our admin via WhatsApp or our official Instagram account.
